We arrived in London quite early so decided to walk to Victoria Park from Liverpool Street station. If you're feeling less energetic though just catch the tube to Bethnal Green, it's about a 20 minute walk from there.

We'd never seen Victoria Park until now, this place is pretty impressive!

On our way through the park we spotted this stunning Chinese Pagoda.

As we walked around the edge of the boating lake the Pavilion came into view.

They're open everyday and the lakeside location is impressive.

Head inside and place your order at the counter, all the seating here is outside.

Such an amazing view whilst eating breakfast.

We arrived quite early so there were still plenty of empty tables, by the time we left though these were filling up fast.

The breakfast menu is on the blackboard above the counter, it may seem quite expensive at first glance but once the food arrives you soon realise it's well worth the money.

If like me you can't bear to be served an economy catering sausage then you will be in meat heaven here. The Ginger Pig provide all the meat to the Pavilion, rest assured that your tastebuds are in for a real treat!

Only organic free range eggs are used here too.

The milk is sourced from one single herd in Kent and comes from Northiam Dairy. Pavilion clearly cares a lot about where they source their products from which is excellent!

It was a hot sunny day so instead of my usual cappuccino I chose an iced coffee costing £2.50.  Made using the Northiam Dairy milk and coffee from Square Mile this was a really good iced coffee, a shame it was served in a plastic cup though...

Once you've ordered inside just place your order number on the table outside and wait for the food to arrive. A quality line up of sauces are already on each table, my wife was delighted to find some tabasco.

Pavilion say "Our famous Pavilion breakfast is a great example of how good quality meat can transform a simple traditional dish into something really special". I completely agree with this and was delighted when the Pavilion breakfast arrived at the table.

The top quality Ginger Pig sausage lay beside a beautifully cooked large mushroom and a very flavoursome tomato.

This bacon was the best I'd eaten in a long time, it don't get much better than this.

I prefer my eggs a bit more cooked on top, nothing worse than raw egg white.

I'm not usually a fan of homemade beans but these were quite nice.

My wife thoroughly enjoyed here veggie breakfast, it comes with halloumi and a vegetable patty. I tried some of the patty and really enjoyed it, delicious!

I was struggling to find my next place to visit for breakfast in London, luckily my wife discovered the Pavilion in Victoria Park whilst searching for vegetarian breakfasts online. We were arriving in London quite early so decided to walk there from Liverpool Street Station. As soon as we entered Victoria Park we were distracted by the sheer beauty of it, the stunning boating lake and Chinese pagoda both really caught our eye. On the far side of the boating lake we spotted the Pavilion and was relieved to see there were some empty tables outside. I took a few exterior shots and we gazed at the stunning park for a few more moments before heading inside...

Upon entering - The first thing I noticed once inside was that there are no tables, the only option is to sit outside. We were later told that during the winter months some tables are brought inside. It was sunny today though so not a problem at all and the views from the outside tables across the boating lake were pretty impressive. The menu can be found on a large blackboard inside, below this is where you can find milk and sugar for hot drinks. Choose what you want from the menu then place your order and pay at the counter, collect any drinks you've ordered from here too. You're given an order number so just place this on the table you've chosen to sit at, sauces and condiments are already on the table and cutlery arrives with the food. The system here seems to work really well meaning once you've finished you can just get up and go. The location is truly stunning, if you like a nice view whilst nibbling on a sausage then this place will certainly impress. 9/10

Service - We placed our order inside and was shown where the milk and sugar was. Once seated outside our food arrived in no time at all. We were asked if we needed any additional sauces and was later asked if everything was ok. I got the feeling that all the staff working here seemed to enjoy doing so and the ones bringing things to the table were very happy to chat, this was a great way for me to find out more about the cafe. Online they don't seem to respond though so make the most of the conversation with the staff whilst there. 7/10

Contents - 1 sausage, 2 bacon, 1 large mushroom, half a tomato, 1 fried egg, homemade baked beans and a slice of buttered toast. 7/10

Presentation - Everything looked beautifully cooked and sat very nicely together on the plate, the quality of the meat really stood out, just a shame the egg was snotty 7/10

The food - The sausage served here was remarkably good and the thick cut bacon was some of the best I've ever been served. Top quality meats cooked really nicely and so incredibly tasty, The Black Pig is definitely a name to look out for! I prefer my fried eggs to be cooked slightly more on top, it was perfectly placed on the slice of delicious buttered toast, nobody likes a snotty egg though The large mushroom was perfectly cooked as was the tomato, both tasted superb. I'm not usually a big fan of homemade beans but these were delicious served in a nice thick sauce. 7/10

Value for money - £10.50 for the Pavilion breakfast initially sounded quite expensive but after I'd eaten it I realised why, good quality doesn't come cheap. 8/10

Veggie option - Halloumi, vegetable patty, fried egg, tomatoes, mushroom, homemade beans and a slice of toast for £9.50.

Overall - If you want to eat an amazing breakfast in a stunning location with a beautiful view then be sure to head to the Pavilion in Victoria Park. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the suppliers that the Pavilion have chosen to use are impressive. The breakfast here may cost more than your average breakfast but this isn't just your average breakfast, the quality of the food that arrives makes you realise it's well worth the money. Certainly a breakfast you will want to eat again (the egg was a bit disappointing though..)  and a great vegetarian option too. 7.5/10
